In addition to the incredible view of Cook Inlet through a large bay window, our apartment homes have a deck with adjoining storage. All windows have Hunter-Douglas cellular shades. The living/dining room has a cozy fireplace.
Each kitchen has a large pantry, a refrigerator/freezer with an automatic ice-maker and filtered water dispenser, and an electric range with self-cleaning oven. A dishwasher, disposal, and built-in microwave are also included. Dark espresso stained maple cabinets and white solid surface countertops add to the beauty.
The kitchen, pantry, and bathrooms feature dark espresso-colored luxury vinyl plank flooring. The living/dining room and bedrooms have luxurious carpeting.
Safety Features of The Building
Mariners View is equipped with an Otis elevator. It is a fully sprinklered building protected by a fire alarm system, which is activated by pull stations and smoke detectors. The building has pressurized hallways to provide constant fresh air in public areas. The apartments are heated with hot water baseboard heat, provided by gas-fired hot water boilers. Domestic hot water is provided by a central system utilizing gas-fired hot water boilers. The building is built with Gyp-Crete over floors and sound-retardant construction.
